Made-to-Order
Your item will be made to order in our Portland studio. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your order to be sewn. If you need your item by a specific date for an event, trip, or special occasion, please email us with your order confirmation as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate rush requests; additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping
Once your item is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking number to update.
Domestic Shipping
- US orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders are shipped via USPS, with an expected delivery of 2–5 business days.
Canada & International Shipping
- Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS to minimize additional costs, such as brokerage fees. Expected delivery: 7–21 business days.
- UPS or FedEx shipping is available upon request; additional fees may apply.
- Free shipping to Canada is available for orders over $200.
Tariffs & Duties
International shipments, including those to Canada, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or tariffs. These fees are collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate or prepay these fees.
Local Pickup
Pickup is available at our Portland showroom. Select "local pickup" at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to schedule an appointment, as the showroom is currently open by appointment only.
Returns
- Full-price items are eligible for a refund within 10 days of delivery and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 1–4 business days via the original payment method.
- Custom-altered items are final sale.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
- Sample sale and archive sale items are final sale.
- Returns must be authorized in advance and received unworn, in original condition, and neatly folded. Items showing wear, odors, stains, or that arrive outside the 14-day window may be rejected.
International Orders: Orders shipped outside the US are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Exchanges are free for the value of the original purchase price.
- Store credit is issued via a unique discount code equal to the original purchase price.
- All exchanges and store credit requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
Price Adjustments
Rosarium will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise should an item you purchased go on sale within 10 days of purchase. Price adjustments will be made in the form of store credit. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for price adjustment.
Caring for Your Item
Our garments and accessories are made from a variety of textiles sourced from around the world, and we do our best to provide an accurate breakdown of fiber content in each listing. Each Rosarium piece is made with care in our Portland studio, and we ask that you be mindful of this when washing your garment.
Unless otherwise noted, the recommended laundering method for your item is machine or hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. A gentle iron or steamer may be used if necessary to remove wrinkles. Our textiles are not pre-shrunk, so please make sure to only use cold water to preserve the original sizing of your garment.
Repairs
We offer free repairs for life on any Rosarium garment. Should a seam come apart, fray, etc., please contact us via email and we will facilitate the repair and return your item good as new.
