Made-to-Order

Select styles are made to order in our Portland studio. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your piece to be sewn and prepared for shipment.

If you need your item by a specific date for an event, trip, or special occasion, please email us with your order confirmation as soon as possible. In most cases, we can accommodate specific delivery dates - we just ask for advance notice so we can plan accordingly within our production schedule.

Ready-to-Ship

Ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase.

Vintage & Preloved

Vintage and preloved pieces are typically shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition described.

Shipping

Once your item is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Domestic Shipping

  • US orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS, with an expected delivery of 2–5 business days.

Canada & International Shipping

  • Orders to Canada are shipped via USPS to minimize additional costs, such as brokerage fees. Expected delivery: 7–21 business days.
  • UPS or FedEx shipping is available upon request; additional fees may apply.
  • Free shipping to Canada is available for orders over $200.

Tariffs & Duties

International shipments, including those to Canada, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or tariffs. These fees are collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate or prepay these fees.

Local Pickup

Pickup is available at our Portland showroom. Select "local pickup" at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to schedule an appointment, as the showroom is currently open by appointment only.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. A flat $12 return fee is deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping, packaging, and processing costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Custom-altered items are final sale.
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Sample sale and archive sale items are final sale.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please take care when repacking your return. Items should be folded neatly and protected in a way that reflects the care taken in their making. Returns that arrive damaged, heavily wrinkled from improper packing, scented, or otherwise not in resellable condition will be declined.
  • Returned must be mailed within 7 days of receipt of return label.

International Orders: Orders shipped outside the US are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges are for the value of the original purchase price.
  • Store credit is issued via a unique discount code equal to the original purchase price.
  • All exchanges and store credit requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
